PVA Working Groups

Framing the Issues Working Group

The PVA Committee on Framing Issues is based on George Lakoff's "Don't Think of an Elephant". The committee identifies major issues, and is working to clarify and state our Democratic values. The group then examines frames being used, and suggests and promotes new frames that clearly state our positions and messages from our own perspectives. We hope to promote these reframing efforts for use at both state and national levels.
